Carl Watts Body Dynamics
A strength and movement program that focuses on movement exercises designed for promoting strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and aerobic fitness. Body Dynamics is an intense workout geared to design and refine all the major muscle groups in your body as you fine tune your body to physical perfection. It combines the techniques of ballet, yoga, Pilates theory and muscle training with the practices of modern movement, blending innovation with anatomical wisdom. Stretch and alignment are an important part of these classes which includes both floor and standing stretches. In addition, attention is paid to exploring efficiency of motion and creating whole body integration. The result for class participants is long, lean, toned muscles, an extraordinarily high degree of strength and definition, enhanced overall muscular capacity, extended range of motion, better balance, coordination and flexibility, improved breathing, proper posture and body alignment, reduced stress and increased peace of mind.
